Roger Merians, Vice President, recently joined Stafford Commercial Real Estate with over 8 years of experience in the commercial real estate business in Los Angeles. Roger brings a unique perspective to the commercial leasing business through his 10 plus years of experience as owner of 8332 Melrose Avenue a luxury office / retail property near Melrose Place. In acquiring, renovating, managing, leasing the office suites and later selling the property in 2015, Roger brings the hands on experience of principal and tenant which helps him understand the needs of his clients and the many nuances of lease negotiations. Roger’s focus is on office and retail tenants and owners in West Hollywood, Beverly Hills and the San Fernando Valley. Roger’s areas of expertise include representing tenants and landlords in leasing, sales and acquisitions of commercial properties. Roger is adept at negotiating the fine points of leasing contracts and has executed countless complex leases and acquisitions on behalf of both owners and tenants he represents. A graduate of Stanford University, Roger is originally from the NYC metro area and enjoys weekends in the Central Coast with his family, dogs and airstream.
