Roger Clinkscales

Having been born and raised in Greenville and from a family with deep roots in Upstate SC, Roger has seen the benefits and drawbacks of explosive growth in this region. Raised by a local CPA and business leader, and himself with a BS in Accounting from Clemson, the language of business and the numbers behind underwriting real estate has come naturally. Roger got his start in brokerage in 2021 at the height of the market, becoming well-versed in the challenges and nuances of residential development fairly quickly. He joined the Wakefield Group as an Associate Broker at the beginning of 2024. When at home, Roger and his wife Elizabeth can be seen walking about with their two dogs, Callie and Rosie.
