Rod Martin

Rod Martin joined Majestic Realty Co. in 1992 and currently serves as Senior Vice President and Director of Development for the company in Las Vegas. A senior development partner, he is responsible for the development, leasing, and asset management of Majestic projects in Southern Nevada. Under Rod’s leadership, the company has developed and owns nearly 6 million square feet of industrial and office projects in Southern Nevada. Prior to joining Majestic, Rod served as Marketing Director with Laguna Niguel, Calif. based Birtcher Real Estate Group, concentrating on development in the San Gabriel Valley. Rod received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
