Rod MacEachen

Rod MacEachen is a 1972 graduate of Miami University in Oxford, OH. Following his father into the real estate business, Rod MacEachen began his local real estate career in 1972 as an Industrial real estate specialist servicing Greater Cincinnati. In 1980, Rod was the first hire for CBRE’s Cincinnati office and in 1984 Rod left CBRE to start MacEachen Realty, a boutique Industrial and Investment Real Estate firm. In 2004, after 20 years as a perennial Top Producer in the Industrial Real Estate community with hundreds of millions in closed transactions, and multiple real estate cycles, Rod made a return to CBRE to lead the Industrial sales and leasing team. Several years later, Rod’s son Roddy joined the team at CBRE and firm established the family tradition of Top Producing Industrial real estate sale and leasing. In 2014, Rod and team left CBRE to create a new boutique real estate firm; SqFt Commercial.
