Rocco Driscoll

Rocco Driscoll is a Vice President, Investments with the NNN Pro Group, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Rocco joined the NNN Pro Group in 2022 and focuses on representing private investors, owners, family offices, developers, partnerships, and wide-ranging institutions in the acquisition, disposition, and exchange of net lease properties primarily throughout the Midwest. During his real estate career, Rocco has worked on the sale of more than $300 million in transaction volume of single-tenant net-leased properties throughout the country. Rocco has extensive analytical and transaction experience consisting of sale-leaseback and traditional transactions involving retail, industrial, office, and specialty properties. Prior to working with the NNN Pro Group, Rocco held various analyst and brokerage roles across the country where he provided business development, prospecting, market research, financial analysis, and asset valuation in the financial services and real estate industries. He graduated from the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma where he studied Finance & Accounting. Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Rocco now lives in New York City.
