A graduate of the University of San Diego with a degree in Real Estate, Roc blends academic insight with practical experience to help investors, landlords, and business owners make smarter, more informed decisions. He’s an active member of NAIOP and the USD Real Estate Alumni Association, staying engaged with the people and ideas shaping the future of the industry. Outside of work, Roc trains in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, enjoys weekend snowboarding trips and backcountry riding, early surf sessions, and values time spent at social gatherings with family and friends. He brings the same discipline, presence, and energy to life that he brings to his clients and team.
