Robyn Swihart

Robyn began her career in retail brokerage in 2007 at Resource Commercial Real Estate. She continued in project leasing and tenant representation roles at CB Richard Ellis and Lee & Associates before joining ECHO Retail in February 2013. Her concentration is on representing national and regional retailers and restaurants, performing market analysis, site selection, and disposition. Robyn serves as master broker for Destination XL Group in markets from Idaho to Pennsylvania. She also has the privilege of representing Dunkin’ Donuts, Bagger Dave’s Burger Tavern, Toppers Pizza, Smoothie King, Firehouse Subs, Matt the Miller’s Tavern, GetGo Cafe + Market, Zoup!, Gigi’s Cupcakes, and Sola Salon Studios. Additionally, Robyn’s landlord experience includes work with institutional investors, special servicers, and local developers, and she currently maintains a portfolio of listings in Central Indiana. A graduate of the University of Memphis, Robyn played Division I College Soccer and earned dual degrees in Political Science and Marketing. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
