Robyn Cunningham

Robyn Cunningham is an Executive Director with PGIM Real Estate. In this role, she is responsible for originating market rate and affordable multifamily and healthcare loans across the United States, through the company's FHA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac lending programs. She also provides general account loan products. Robyn is located in Clayton, Missouri, just outside of St. Louis. Robyn joined the company as principal in 2016. She has extensive knowledge, insight and more than 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with considerable experience in underwriting, due diligence, valuation, financial analysis, finance and LIHTC. She was previously at The Love Companies, where she worked in many capacities, from 1981 to 2016. She previously served as a senior director with Love Funding Corp. In that role, she was responsible for loan origination, and she originated, underwrote and closed numerous FHA, FHLMC, FNMA and Wall Street transactions. Robyn's career includes positions with Love Real Estate and Love Management. Robyn received an Associate of Arts degree from Southwestern Illinois College, and studied at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She has served as the secretary of the Midwest Lender Association since 2003, and is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Women - St. Louis.
