Robert Wunsch

?Bob Wunsch brings to the team 30-plus years of experience in real estate investment and development throughout the south. He has successfully acquired, invested, managed, planned, and developed master-planned communities, golf courses, commercial retail, and multi-family projects. He is responsible for the planning and implementation of development projects throughout the Austin DMA. Bob’s expertise involves him in all phases of the development process – financial planning and procurement, land planning and execution, city collaboration, marketing, and sales strategy. Bob has overseen the developments for tens of thousands of homes and thousands of acres of land. He has owned, chaired, and sold a multi-branch institutional bank. His experience and industry relationships help to further expand the MA Partners’ footprint within the Austin DMA. Bob received his B.A. in Business Finance from the University of The Pacific. He resides in Austin with his family.
