Bob takes a creative approach to sales, understanding that each transaction is different and requires its own special level of care. He knows on a first name basis the attorneys, the closing agents, the title officers, the lenders, all the people essential to guiding your transaction to a successful close. It’s hard to turn a corner in Seattle without seeing a building he has sold at one time or another. Prior to his career in real estate, Bob spent a number of years in Seattle’s broadcast industry as a newscaster/talk show host for such stations as KIRO, KZOK, and KJR. He attended the University of Idaho in Electrical Engineering and is an accomplished skier and private pilot.
