Robert Wise

Robert Wise is a Vice President at CBRE where he focuses on Retail Advisory and Transaction Services. Based in the Minneapolis office, Robert is primarily focused on leasing retail properties in the Twin Cities metro area on behalf of institutional and regional landlord clients along with business partner, Charlie Hexum. Since beginning his real estate career, Robert has represented various clients in transactions that have totaled in excess of 1,000,000 square feet. He is an active member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), RICS America and a board member of Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR).
