Bob is a business professional with over 30 years of diverse transactional experience. As an attorney, who began working at Pyramid in 2017 after successful careers in the Real Estate and Energy sectors, Bob serves at Pyramid as the Director of Development Services. Working previously in the private sector for a development company, he provided strategic direction and executed successful northeast regional real estate expansion, pre-IPO, for a senior housing/assisted-living provider with a ramp-up to an annual real estate development volume of $75 million in two years. Bob has managed the successful remediation of “brownfield” sites to profitable real estate developments. Bob now leverages this experience and expertise in commercial real estate matters which includes site selection/control/acquisition for multi-family, retail, senior housing, office, institutional and mixed-use development; zoning/land-use/environmental entitlements; retail and office leasing and real estate acquisitions. In addition, Bob is involved in the disposition of property, particularly land for development projects.
