Robert Stout

Robert Stout, SIOR, is a First Vice President at Charles Hawkins Co., where he has specialized in industrial sales and leasing since beginning his commercial real estate career in 1999. He was recently promoted from Senior Vice President to First Vice President—an honor unique to him within the firm—recognizing his long-standing performance and commitment to clients. A graduate of Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, he earned his SIOR designation in 2011 after completing all required coursework. Prior to joining Charles Hawkins Co., he spent four years with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker focusing on industrial real estate, and earlier served as a district sales trainer for Schering-Plough in Middle Tennessee.
