Since obtaining his real estate license in 2005, Rob has closed in excess of 1,000 commercial transactions (of Q2 2024) with a transaction value in excess of $500M. Rob is experienced in securing and closing transactions with Fortune 500 corporations, major health care providers such as Christiana Care, Bayhealth and Nemours, as well as Federal, State, and local government agencies. Rob is also experienced in working with small companies and everything in between. Rob's major transactions include leases with Barclays Bank, Navient, Sallie Mae, and Grant Eisenhofer. Rob is a licensed real estate agent in Delaware and Pennsylvania, and an active member of Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA), The Committee of 100, and the Commercial Industrial Real Estate Council (CIRC).

  Rob graduated from the University of Delaware in 2000, where he earned his undergraduate degree in economics. He received his Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado in 2005.
