Robert Stein

R.J. Stein is an Associate with the NNN Pro Group, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. R.J. joined the NNN Pro Group in 2020 and works on the Institutional Coverage Group. He currently focuses on underwriting real estate fundamentals, conducting property-level diligence, and coordinating disposition programs for some of the nation’s largest institutional real estate companies including, REITs, private equity funds, public and private franchisors, franchisees, developers and other high-net-worth and 1031 exchange individuals. Additionally, R.J. works with buy-side clients in identifying investment properties that match buyers’ investment profiles while providing advisory services. Since joining the NNN Pro Group, R.J. has contributed to over 65 transactions totaling approximately $200 million in transaction volume. Prior to working with the NNN Pro Group, R.J. worked at HK Group, a full-service real estate firm specializing in off-market investment sales, advisory, and development. He graduated from Elon University’s Love School of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and minors in Economics and Accounting.
