Bob joins the HomeTown team as the Director of Commercial Management – North. As a 30-year industry veteran, Bob has a vast knowledge of property management, leasing, purchases, and sales. His diverse skill set, and proven leadership abilities has enabled him to oversee the operations for a large portfolio of commercial buildings in Northern New Jersey and Manhattan. Prior to joining HomeTown, Bob was with McBride Corporate Real Estate as a Partner and President of Property Management for 20+ years. Bob graduated from Wagner College with a BS in Economics and is ACoM certified by the Institute of Real Estate Management in Chicago.
