Roberts, Jr., Downtown St. Petersburg, a 40,000 sq ft mixed-use Historic Restoration. Jannus Landing - Downtown St. Petersburg – Lead Developer for an entire city block in the center of downtown, received the Silver Spike Award. Kress Building—Downtown St. Petersburg is a 40,000 sq ft renovation of an old Kress Department Store, which the City of St. Petersburg leased for its municipal headquarters—National Register for Historic Preservation. The Alexander Hotel - Downtown St. Petersburg – Restored and renovated a 30,000 sq ft former hotel into office and retail space, and placed the building on the National Register for Historic Preservation.
