Bob worked his way to Senior Vice President and Sales Manager at Coldwell Banker Commercial before deciding to pursue his own enterprise. Using his skill set in networking and his familiarity with the industry, Bob founded Niehaus Properties in 1994 with the goal to create a full service real estate company specializing in confidential off market opportunities. With an unstoppable work ethic, excellent negotiation skills and the confidence necessary to solve complex problems, Bob and his partners have built a reputation for repeat business, efficient closings and well educated clientele. A dedicated father and husband, Bob enjoys spending time biking, flying and traveling with his wife and kids.
