As Chairman of Mohr Capital, Bob is a nationally recognized leader in the commercial real estate industry and respected entrepreneur and mentor. His real estate career began over 35 years ago when he founded Mohr Partners and grew the company to become the largest wholly owned corporate real estate services firm in the United States. Fueled by his entrepreneurial spirit, Bob founded Mohr Capital in 2002 as a family office structure with a single source of capital, allowing them to offer unrivaled lease rates and a unique share of profits to tenants. With acquisitions and dispositions in office, industrial, retail, zero ground lease, hotels, hospitality and healthcare, Mohr Capital has earned the privilege to partner with some of the nation’s most esteemed corporations, including Verizon, Amazon, US Cellular, Libbey, Rockwell, Hertz, Goodyear, Baylor Scott & White and Cooper Tires. Outside of work, Bob is passionate about mentoring those in real estate and business and volunteering at Jonathan’s Place. He’s also a proud grandfather to four and loves vacationing in Telluride, CO., Punta Mita, Mexico and Florida.
