Robert Metcalf

Over the last 3 decades, Rob has led JLL Atlanta’s Brokerage division and started multiple tenant representation teams at various top Atlanta firms. Throughout his career, Rob has represented office clients in complex transactions and assisted corporations in Atlanta and across the globe. By leading diverse teams of subject matter experts, Rob has partnered with clients to impact workplace transformation with individual transactions and in entire real estate portfolios. For over 30 years, Rob has executed hundreds of transactions totaling more than 15,000,000 square feet. Rob received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois, and a Masters of Science in Real Estate from Georgia State University. Rob has received numerous awards over his career. Multiple years as JLL's Top Gun, multiple years as ACBRE's Top Office Producer, Atlanta Business Chronicles "Office Deal of the Year" and ACBRE's most prestigious Alvin B Cates award. Outside of JLL, Rob served as Board Chairman for “Bright Futures Atlanta”, and has had leadership roles in: NAIOP, ACBR, GSU Real Estate Alumni. Rob and his wife Sharon have raised 4 of their own children and supported two nieces in their home. In his free time, Rob enjoys scuba diving, hiking, fishing, and traveling with his family.
