Robert Lydon

Robb has spent thirty-eight years in commercial real estate in the Des Moines area and the last twenty-seven years as a broker associate and development partner for Buyers Realty, Inc. Prior to Buyers Realty he was a broker associate and assistant sales manager at Hubbell Realty Company in Des Moines. With Robb’s extensive experience in Iowa and neighboring states, he has become a retail leasing and property sales specialist. He has also established a successful track record in investment property sales including retail, industrial distribution centers and land He is considered an expert in locating the best properties for retail tenants to lease space for successful outcomes. Robb has represented and completed retails deals most recently with Hobby Lobby, Carmax, Best Buy, TJX Companies, Slumberland, Half Price Books, and HuHot Mongolian Grill. He continues to work with these retailers, and many others providing ongoing support for their success. Robb is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and Chain Links and is CCIM candidate. He is licensed in the States of Iowa and Nebraska.
