Robert Krumholz

Mr. Krumholz serves as Vice President of Land Acquisition for the company where he is responsible for site selection of new grocery anchored developments. Prior to joining Branch, Mr. Krumholz worked as a Development Manager for Chattanooga, TN based Hutton where he worked on acquiring, developing, and leasing properties throughout the United States. During his career Mr. Krumholz has completed hundreds of leases, renewals, and outparcel sales valued at more than $200 Million. Mr. Krumholz graduated with Honors from the University of Cincinnati and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership.
