Robert Kerns

Bob Kerns, account executive, has been with Aptcor Commercial Realtors for three years as a real estate professional. He received his BA from La Salle University in 1969 and his JD from Villanova University in 1972. Kerns practiced law for forty five years in the Metro Philadelphia Area and specialized in real estate development, zoning, municipal, and condemnation before beginning his career in commercial real estate. Kerns participated in the analysis, purchase, and plan approval on hundreds of parcels of real estate. He brings this expertise to every type of transaction at Aptcor with its focus on commercial and industrial sales and development. Kerns also spent six years as the Chairman of the Montgomery County Board of Viewers for eminent domain matters. During this time, he focused on real estate development and environmental issues.
