Robert Hoyer

Bob Hoyer's Real Estate career extends back to 1977 when he began in the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate field in the Beverly Hills West Los Angeles area. His Real Estate career was launched after several successful years with corporate giants like Litton Industries, Itel Corporation and Crown Zellerback Corporation. In 1984, Bob began with Industrial Park Associates and was voted "Rookie of the Year." He has consistently been a top performer. In early 1986, Daum/Johnstown American purchased Industrial Park Associates, and Bob remained with the firm specializing in the North/East San Fernando Valley, including the Pacoima, Sun Valley, and North Hollywood industrial marketplace. Bob qualified for the prestigious "President's Club" at Daum in 1987 and 1988, being one of a small group whose annual production of properties leased and sold reached or exceeded $20 million. In June of 1989, Bob joined CIC Properties as Vice President. In the 1st Quarter of 1994, Delphi Business Properties successfully recruited Bob, and he has remained a leader in the leasing and sales of Industrial Real Estate in the San Fernando Valley. Bob's business career has been almost entirely one of sales and marketing, commencing with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Industrial Management from San Jose State University.
