Robert Holihan

Robert Holihan joined SRS in 2021 as an associate in the Orlando office. He focuses on tenant and landlord representation. Most recently with Equinox Development Properties, he handled all aspects of the development process including site identification, due diligence, scheduling, proposal review, and financial analysis across all potential and current projects. Robert participated in two prestigious summer internships with Equinox and Front Street Commercial Real Estate Group, and one long-term internship with Viking Companies. Throughout those internships he gained experience in property management, finance and acquisitions, legal, accounting, and construction management. Robert is a recent graduate of the University of Florida where he received his bachelor’s degree and continued his education in completing a Master of Science in Real Estate. He is a member of ICSC, the Urban Land Institute, and has worked toward his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation. In his time away from the office, he enjoys wakeboarding, surfing, and watching Gator football.
