N. Robert Hernandez

N. Robert Hernandez is the Senior Director of the Commercial Division for RE/MAX United Realty. Mr. Hernandez began his career in real estate as a licensed mortgage broker in 1996 and obtained his real estate salesperson license in 2002. Since 2013, he has also worked as a commercial real estate paralegal, title examiner and closer at two South Florida law firms. In 1989, Mr. Hernandez obtained a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Miami. Mr. Hernandez specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing. His engineering background and attention to detail allow him to identify some of the most lucrative acquisition opportunities for his clients. His legal experience also encompasses areas such as loan workouts/modifications, short sale negotiations and hard money lending. Additionally, Mr. Hernandez's extensive background and dedication enable him to utilize a multi-disciplinary approach to serve his client's best interests at all times.
