Robert Garrish

Robert Garrish joined Newmark in 2019 as a Vice Chairman in the company’s Washington, DC, office. A 17-year multifamily real estate veteran, Garrish specializes in the sale, purchase and recapitalization of multifamily assets in the Mid-Atlantic region. He has worked with a broad range of clients, including pension fund advisors, insurance companies, REITs, developers, family offices and a host of private capital groups. Since the start of his career, he has executed more than $25 billion of real estate transactions. Prior to Newmark, Garrish was a partner in JLL’s Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Investment Sales Group. He previously he worked at CBRE, as part of its New York-based Investment Properties Group.
