Robert Fletcher is a first vice president with Kidder Mathews and is a member of the firms’ religious & educational facilities group. Robert specializes in assisting faith-based non-profit institutions with the unique challenges of dispositions, acquisitions, leasing, and the generation of additional income for religious facilities. Robert also serves as a valuable partner for religious organizations by educating religious leaders on the aspects of special use real estate including financial, zoning, conditional use permits, and guidance through relocation transitions or expansion.
