Robert Fahey

Robert J. Fahey is an Executive Vice President within the Institutional Properties Group in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, Mr. Fahey leads office investment-sale transactions throughout the Mid-Atlantic U.S. and has been instrumental in expanding CBRE’s office institutional properties practice in the region. He and the Philadelphia-based team specialize in large portfolio and single asset transactions on a local, regional, and national basis. Over his 30-year career, he has placed nearly 75 million SF of office equities nationally and has been involved in real estate asset sales for major institutional and entrepreneurial owners totaling in excess of $15 billion. Robert’s success has been recognized by CBRE, as he has received the Colbert Coldwell Circle Award (top 3% nationally) for numerous years, has been a member of the firm’s prestigious Chairman’s Club multiple times. Mr. Fahey has been an active speaker at numerous industry events including NAIOP, ULI, PA Bar Association, Temple University, University of Pennsylvania and many others.
