He leverages his expertise in selling US-based net-lease properties and retail shopping centers to help his clients achieve their investment goals. His deep knowledge of the West and Southwest regions of the United States continues to play a critical role in positioning Blue West Capital as the national power player in the net-lease investment sector. While his focus is national, he never loses sight of the needs and goals of local clients—the driving force behind Blue West Capital's mission and purpose. Throughout his nearly 20-year brokerage career, Robert has been committed to exceeding client expectations and investment goals. His open and transparent communication with clients and meticulous attention to detail have earned him the respect and trust of clients and colleagues across the nation and here at home in the Rocky Mountain Region. Robert is also active in a number of professional organizations, demonstrating a continued passion for enhancing his industry knowledge, expanding his national network, and extending Blue West Capital’s reputation as the region’s foremost expert in net lease investments. Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics with minors in Spanish and Business Foundations from the University of Texas at Austin. Robert resides in Denver, CO with his wife, Allison, and their daughters, Margot and Maeve.
