Robert Dean

Bob Dean is a seasoned professional in the acquisition and disposition of institutional multifamily properties throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. He previously served as an executive vice president with CBRE’s Investment Properties Group. Bob has more than three decades of industry expertise at CBRE and GE Capital Real Estate, where he held numerous leadership positions overseeing dispositions and managing key joint venture relationships. His extensive background also includes positions in risk management and acquisitions. Bob graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD, with a Bachelor of Science in both Finance and Economics. He is a member of the University’s School of Business Board of Visitors.
