As Founder of Ironvest Partners, Robert has built IronVest Partners on integrity, excellence, teamwork, service, hunger, and fun. He truly has a passion for real estate and to coin a phrase, “He tap dances to work every day.” You can call Robert a “real estate nerd” and he will take that as a compliment. For years Robert has been a top transactional broker, but increasingly he is dedicating more time to leading and managing the IVP team. In his spare time, Robert enjoys putting together investment partnerships and to date has put together more than a dozen. Robert was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, and is a fourth-generation commercial real estate broker in the Birmingham area. Robert specializes in closing deals in Birmingham’s urban core as well as industrial sales throughout the state of Alabama.
