Rob has specialized in representing the office and industrial needs and interests of corporate clients since 1985. His focus is on lease and sale negotiations, strategic planning, and client relations. His experience and personalized approach in representing clients, both locally and nationally, greatly enhance the services of CTR Partners, LLP. Rob’s clients benefit from his deep commitment to his profession, dedicated work ethic, and his organized approach to their needs. He focuses on being direct and honest as well as delivering on the commitments he makes to his clients. He strives to always listen to the client’s needs and apply that knowledge to CTR’s team approach to negotiations. Rob is a resident of Suwanee, Georgia. He graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Marketing. He is a member of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of Duluth United Methodist Church. Rob is happily married and has two children. His outside interests are his family, golf and landscaping.
