Robert Bonanomi

Robert A. Bonanomi is a member of the Shopping Center Service Team for the greater Los Angeles region. His specialty is the sale and leasing of retail commercial properties in Southern California with a focus in Greater Los Angeles County. Mr. Bonanomi’s long-term relationships with tenants and investors have enabled him to direct acquisition, disposition, and leasing assignments successfully for clients where the property assignment requires a higher than normal level of experience, contacts and skill. Since joining CBRE, Mr. Bonanomi has had success in the development and subsequent sale of a broad spectrum of retail properties; property types include freestanding retail buildings, market and/or drug-anchored shopping centers, strip retail, power centers and regional malls. In his 30+ years with CBRE, Mr. Bonanomi has completed lease and sale transactions totaling over 1 billion dollars.
