
Rob Bellamy is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal overseeing the Acquisitions, Dispositions, and Portfolio Management of Vita Equities. Experience: Rob has been entwined in investment real estate for a decade. His dedication to the pursuit of deals has led him to purchase multiple, highly successful, investment properties. Prior to co-founding Vita Equities, Rob worked as a broker with Marcus & Millichap. From 2017-2022 Rob managed the sale of numerous multifamily and retail assets throughout CA. Education: Rob graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Policy, Planning, and Development with an emphasis on Real Estate Development. Personal Interests: Rob is a world-class tennis player who has competed in many professional tour events, breaking though into the ATP rankings. He represented the United States in at the World University Games in Kazan, Russia in 2013, and won the NCAA Team Championships in 2014 for the Trojans. Rob was honored to serve as team captain his senior year. Aside from tennis, Rob enjoys being outdoors and competing in other sports. Giving Back: Rob believes giving back is vital. He is active with Hope Sports, an organization dedicated to building homes for low-income families in Baja California. He is also a supporter of Children’s Hospital, Los Angeles.
