Robert Armstrong is the founder of RCA Global and serves as the company's dynamic force to continually raise the bar of experience, expertise, and service. Having spent his entire career helping clients achieve success in the retail financial services and commercial real estate industries, he is the quintessential advocate, fiercely protecting his client's interests. As a CCIM* with extensive knowledge in commercial real estate, including financial and investment analysis, as well as Interest-based negotiation strategies, he represents clients in millions of dollars of successful real estate transactions every year. Robert is also a CFP®**, and representing a clientele of healthcare professionals, mainly medical doctors and dentists, he is able to integrate their real estate and financing needs into their long term business and personal financial plans. Robert has also earned his LEED AP® BD+C by the US Green Building Council and is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Robert is a graduate of Florida State University and enjoys spending time with family, hiking, playing golf and tennis,or reading a favorite book.
