As a managing director, Robby Winston delivers a tenant-centric healthcare real estate advisory practice aimed at meeting the rapid expansion of healthcare services expected with the aging of the baby boomer generation. He brings more than 25 years of experience advising healthcare providers in all aspects of their business, including reimbursements, managed care participation, credentialing, strategic partnerships and MSOs, real estate planning and development, leasing and the disposition of medical real estate assets. His clients include healthcare providers, both institutional and academic hospital systems, bio-tech and life science manufacturing companies, and medical office tenants. Throughout his career, he has consistently negotiated with the best interests of healthcare providers front and center. Prior to joining Savills, Robby worked at Transwestern in Houston for more than five years as a vice president representing both tenants in their commercial leasing needs and medical office building owners in the disposition of their assets. Robby’s real estate profession builds on 20 years as a successful entrepreneur. As president and CEO of Medix Technologies Inc., he provided healthcare consulting services to organizations looking to improve their business operations.
