Born in Dallas, Robbie moved to Northern New Mexico in 2018 with his partner - Chris Sullivan, an abstract artist/painter - and their beagle/pointer mix, Charlotte, who goes by Charley or Miss C. Robbins has found paradise in Northern New Mexico and plan to be a resident here for the rest of his life. A new member of Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties, he has been involved with real estate transactions in many different avenues throughout his 20-plus years in the banking and insurance industries. Beginning as a mortgage loan processor, Robbie has also worked as a mortgage loan underwriter, operations manager for processors and underwriters, manager of a loss mitigation center of more than 400 employees for one of the largest banks in the country, director of residential lending for a community bank in Tampa, Florida, licensed property insurance sales producer, and a deposit and loan compliance officer for a community bank based in College Station, Texas. Robbie now volunteers as a firefighter for Rio Arriba County's Ojo Sarco VFD and spent two months during the pandemic at the Emergency Operations Command Center for logistics.
