Robbie Berndt joined Colliers in 2019 as a financial analyst for the industry leading investment sales team. During his time in the analyst role, he underwrote over $1 billion in asset valuations providing guidance and insight on market conditions across multiple product types (i.e. office, industrial, retail, and multi-family). In 2022, Robbie joined the brokerage team focusing on office and industrial leasing and sales. As a Hampton Roads native, Robbie provides a deep market knowledge, effective communication skills, and strong work ethic to his clients.
