Rob Williams

Rob Williams is the Founder and Managing Partner of Southport Commercial Real Estate, specializing in industrial real estate brokerage across tenant representation, landlord representation, investment sales, and site selection. He works with a wide range of clients, from national institutional investment firms and local real estate operators to national and regional businesses occupying industrial space. Rob entered commercial real estate in 2017 and spent eight years at Stream Realty Partners, where he served as Northeast Atlanta Industrial Market Leader before opening Stream's Greenville, South Carolina office in 2022. Building on that foundation, he launched Southport Commercial Real Estate to bring the same level of expertise and execution to occupiers, investors, and developers across the Upstate. Rob holds an undergraduate degree from Georgia Tech and a graduate degree from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. A native of Jefferson, Georgia, he now lives in the Upstate with his wife, their two children, and two dogs.
