Rob Renaud

Rob is a Founding Partner and President of ENCOR Advisors. With 25+ years of corporate real estate advisory and brokerage experience including an overseas secondment in the UK early in his career, Rob serves his clients on a portfolio basis with respect to their Canadian and Global needs and activities. His focus includes team leadership, property strategy, M&A due diligence, portfolio management, site selection, greenfield development, consolidations, relocations, dispositions, lease renewals, etc. He has been involved with over 30 million square feet of corporate real estate projects in hundreds of locations globally in a number of industry verticals with varied property types and transactions. His understanding of the norms, practices and structures outside of North America has been facilitated by a working knowledge of multiple languages including English, French and Spanish. Rob has earned and been awarded two of the most prestigious and coveted commercial real estate certifications by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Institute (CCIM). He has been awarded the SIOR Broker of the Year Award – a prestigious award and honor recognizing the superior performance and achievement of a real estate brokerage advisor, based on the size, value and volume of transactions completed in a single calendar year. He has also received numerous other accolades for his work in the industry. At ENCOR Advisors, Rob is the firm’s designated media steward and is regularly quoted in The Commercial Observer, Site Selection Magazine, SIOR Professional Report, Property Week, Commercial Real Estate Investor Magazine, BisNow, CoStar News and the Business Times.
