Rob Rector currently holds the position of Vice President of Training. In this role, he is directly responsible for leading all company training and development initiatives, including comprehensive talent assessments and succession planning as well as managing a variety of inclusive talent strategies and programs. In addition to his training responsibilities, Rob also oversees several other initiatives, including performance management and employee/customer satisfaction programs. Rob started his career with Gables as an on-site associate and has worked in a number of departments over the years, including IT and Human Resources. Rob graduated from Georgia State University, where he earned his BBA in Real Estate, and he earned his professional in human resources (PHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
