Rob specializes in retail landlord representation, tenant representation and redevelopment of shopping centers. He has extensive experience & knowledge in researching markets, analyzing assets, determining tenant needs, then implementing successful plans to fulfill client needs. Rob joined the Retail Team of Cushman & Wakefield in September 2022. In the last 16 years, Rob was a Senior leasing agent, Director, Broker and Redevelopment specialist for two national REIT’s and a regional landlord. During that time, he completed over 245 deals totaling over 1.2 million square feet, working in over 100 cities in 30 states. As a Director, he oversaw the sourcing, negotiation and lease execution of over 100+ deals.
