Rob Howell

For the last 10 years, Rob has assisted buyer and tenant clients in their commercial real estate needs. With specific experience in multi-family, office, and industrial services, Rob’s focus is to help his clients maximize the strategic value of their real estate activities within their broader business plan. Robs helps his clients turn business challenges into successes. By drawing on his real estate and finance expertise, training and by leveraging his wide network of contacts in related fields, Rob has provided his client’s with strategies for maximizing the value of the real estate component of their business. Rob holds a BS in Natural Resources and Spanish from The University of the South and an MBA from Emory University. Rob serves on the City of Greenville’s Green Ribbon Avisory Committee and is the President of the Friends of Paris Mountain State Park. He lives in Greenville with his wife and children.
