ABOUT

River Rhoads is an Investment Sales Associate in Marcus & Millichap's Fort Lauderdale office. He joined the firm in 2021 and is a member of The Cunningham Group. Mr. Rhoads specializes in the sale of multi-family apartment buildings in the South Florida submarket, specifically in Palm Beach County and along the Treasure Coast. Mr. Rhoads and the Cunningham Group have the resources, expertise, and track record to help clients achieve their goals. The group’s primary focus is the South Florida submarket where they have successfully closed more than 380 transactions, resulting in over $970 million in sales. Mr. Rhoads graduated from the University of Missouri where he majored in Finance and Real Estate, focusing on underwriting and financial modeling. During this time, he learned how to accurately evaluate buildings as well as perform portfolio analysis for Real Estate Investment Trusts. Additionally, Mr. Rhoads had multiple internships in the finance and sales industry that have strategically positioned him to thrive in the investment sales commercial real estate (CRE) industry. This experience has given him the ability to assist his clients in maximizing their returns and provide thorough market research, knowledge, and expertise in his marketplace.
