Ritesh Patel

Ritesh Patel joined Virtú in 2002 and as CIO, is responsible for investment strategy, real estate market dynamics analysis, capital markets assessment, as well as the successful acquisition and disposition of assets. Ritesh lead’s Virtu Executive Committee weekly, quarterly and periodic deal meetings, that has helped catalyze Virtu’s growth and success over the last 20 years. Overall he has led the process on nearly all of Virtu’s $5.6B of total acquisition and disposition volume since inception, through 2022. Prior experience includes being an Associate in a Venture Capital firm, Saffron Hill Ventures, in London and a Strategy and Operations Consultant at CSC/APM Management Consultants in San Francisco.
