I am the guy who gets things done. I do not see obstacles but am relentless in pursuing creative create ways to accomplish the tasks at hand. I know the value of sharing the vision and in 25 years of leadership have honed my ability to engage and excite diverse teams around common objectives. The diversity of projects and experiences over the years, have given me deep and broad hands on experience in project management, project development, construction and operations of large-scale commercial real estate projects. I am the VP of Boydell Development, and in my 10 years with the company, we have grown our business from 20 to 150 properties, including the 2 million square feet Russell Industrial Center. I founded the People Arts Festival at Russell Industrial Complex, winning rave reviews from the media and luminaries across the globe. The festival is now the largest arts festival in Detroit. Life is good. I have the opportunity to meet and work with some of the best artisans, entrepreneurs, and community leaders on a daily basis. I have also raised three wonderful children who are now happily pursuing their own life and career goals.
