In 2022, Rigsby Duncan joined CBRE where he specializes in Industrial Real Estate throughout the Inland Empire and nationally. Rigsby’s primary focuses are on tenant, landlord, and principal representation. Rigsby works alongside Jay Dick, Dedrik Pharis, and Mike Fuelling, one of CBRE’s most experienced tenant and landlord representation teams in the industry. Prior to CBRE, Rigsby worked for Insight Global in Account Management. While working for Insight Global Rigsby identified and hired more than two-hundred-thirty candidates for several Fortune 500 & 1000 companies across the United States. Due to his business development experience, he knows how to identify what his clients are missing and help them grow their businesses inside and outside of their real estate portfolios.
