Ricky Patel is an Associate with CBRE San Antonio, representing retail tenants and landlords throughout the South-Central market. He manages a retail leasing portfolio consisting of more than 1.5 million square feet and leads expansion efforts for several notable brands including F45 Training, Next Level Urgent Care, Playa Bowls, and The Lash Lounge. Ricky has been active in the real estate industry since 2015, working with a diverse group of clients on a local and national level. He began his career in multifamily property management and transitioned into leasing while attending the University of Texas, where he graduated in 2020. As a San Antonio native, Ricky’s clients appreciate his consultative approach and ability to provide valuable insights into the local market.
