Rick Warren
Rick Warren is the Senior Managing Director of the Small Balance CRE Lending Group at the Hunt Real Estate Capital, a division of Hunt Companies. Mr. Warren is responsible for oversight of all small balance financing activities for commercial real estate and multifamily housing. Based on his extensive credit experience and comprehensive production background, Mr. Warren joined the firm in 2009 to develop and launch a small loan lending practice. Under his leadership, the unit has experienced remarkable growth on a national basis and is ranked one of a few top Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac small loan lenders. Prior to joining Hunt Real Estate Capital, Mr. Warren was Senior Vice President and head of production for Indymac Commercial Capital Corporation in Irvine, CA, where he grew its national lending platform to $1 billion in annual production within two years. Before Indymac, he was Managing Director of Everbank in Jacksonville, FL, where he launched their national commercial lending platform. Mr. Warren began his commercial real estate finance career with Bank of America, where he spent twelve years in various management roles for both real estate and business banking before leaving to become President at BNC National Bank in Tempe, AZ.
